about us

From the very beginning, we’ve striven to provide our customers with the best print products possible. With clients both local and across the country, we do whatever it takes to create your product and get it to you on time, every time.

Founded in 1980, Custom Forms began as a forms distributer. By 1984, the need for printing services led us to the purchase of our first press and we began providing offset printing alongside our distribution services.

As we grew, we continued to add new technologies and in 1999 we purchased our first 4-color press, allowing us to provide professional color products in a world where black-and-white was still the norm.

Today, Custom Forms has some of the finest printing technology available, with digital printers, copiers, letterpresses, and offset presses with a huge assortment of ancillary equipment to ensure we can take on any project.

If you’re looking for a printer focused on meeting its customers’ needs and providing the finest in print and promotional products, look no further than Custom Forms.
